Rekisterin tietoja käytetään yhteydenottoihin Jää ry:n jäsenkuntaa koskevissa asioissa, esim. kokouskutsuja lähetettäessä. / Registered information is used in contacts concerning Jää ry’s members, e. g. when sending notices of meetings.

6. Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet / Regular Sources of Information

Rekisterin tiedot saadaan, kun henkilö liittyy yhdistykseen. Ne tarkastetaan ja päivitetään vuosittain jäsenmaksun maksamisen yhteydessä. / Register information is acquired when a person joins the association. Information is examined and updated yearly in the context of the membership fee payment.

7. Tietojen luovutus / Regular Handovers of Information

Jäsenrekisterin tietoja ei luovuteta Jää ry:n toimintojen ulkopuolelle ilman henkilöiden omaa suostumusta. Rekisteröityjen tiedot hävitetään heidän pyynnöstään asianmukaisesti jäsenyyden päättyessä. / Information from the membership register will not be handed over to outside the association’s functions without the permission of the members. The information of a registered is removed properly on request after the membership has expired.

8. Rekisterin suojaus / Protection Principles of the Register

Jäsenrekisterin tietoihin pääsevät käsiksi ainoastaan Jää ry:n hallituksen jäsenet. / Only the members of Jää ry’s executive committee can access the information in the membership register.

9. Tarkastusoikeus / Auditing Rights

Jäsenistöllä on henkilötietolain 26 § mukaisesti oikeus tarkastaa, mitä häntä koskevia tietoja jäsenrekisteriin on tallennettu. Tarkastuspyynnön voi esittää kirjallisesti allekirjoitetun pyynnön muodossa osoitteeseen: / According the Finnish Personal Data Act (26 §) the concerned person may any time check his/her own information in the register by sending a written request with a personal signature to the following address:
