To get undrunk you just have to wait (for a guy who got drunk and feaked out)
I'm not sure how long it takes, depends on how much you drank and likely other factors. I'm pretty sure logging out of the game will pause your recovery. Your best bet would be to leave yourself idle untill you sober up. |

Or ask anyone to pkill you to get the alcohol out of your system.
Killing yourself also helps, so drowning into the lake can solve it for you.
And yes, these methods only seem to work in the game, not outside it. :P
