Logging into the Icesus pages requires an active account in the game. Without an account you have base access to the site, and can read forums. If you want to participate, you have to create a character in the game.
Instructions on how to connect to Icesus and to create a character can be found in the Quick start guide.
Once you have created your character the registration process can be started by issuing the 'activate' command in Icesus and following the instructions.
After verifying your email address you can use your character's name and password as your login name and password on the web pages.
If you have lost your password, send email to admins at icesus dot org explaining your problem.
