This spell is offensive.

The arrow is the first basic offensive spell taught to student mages, and
as its name describes, it creates a magical arrow of the damage type
specified by the caster. When successfully conjured, the arrow will take
form at the casters side, and from the casters command it will fly directly
into the target, never missing. Even though the arrow is the weakest of
attack spells, the small monsters will scream in agony when a magical arrow
penetrates their flesh, while their greater cousins hardly feel the impact.

Example: 'cast arrow of x' where x is the damagetype you wish to use.
If you have a 'small' spell, try 'cast small arrow of x at monster'
