Quickly he<br /> also learns to telepathically affect other people&#039;s minds. At first simply<br /> probing their mind but quickly learning to damage their minds, snoop their<br /> thoughts, force them to do things they normally wouldn&#039;t maybe do,<br /> strengthen their mental confidence and many other things. This immense<br /> power though does not come without a price. Affecting other people&#039;s minds<br /> causes you to see horrific visions and hallucinations and witness many<br /> things that no psionicist dares to speak of.
