This command is used by bards and other people who are talented in singing
to cast different kind of song spells. Knowledge in singing and
songcasting are very necessary if one wants his spells to work. If one is
also talented in playing some kind of instrument he can use it to enhance
the effects of his songs. This of course requires that you have an
instrument wielded. Spells that aren't offensive can be used even when
walking around but some may require special things so you might not want to
move. Singing doesn't prevent one from fighting or using other skills while
he is singing. If one starts casting a spell his singing attempt is
instantly ended.
