This spell is offensive.

This is an offensive command for benevolent spirits.
This is one of the first tier commands for the benevolent spirits. It
allows the caster to command one's spirit to excite the elemental energies
in the room, in this case mostly the humidity, causing a an overlapping
matrix of heated and cool air, of moist and dry, which in turn manifests a
charged atmosphere. This atmosphere result in a dark thundercloud emerging
from the magically charged air. While this thundercloud is only a fraction
of the size of natural occuring thunderclouds, it is by no means less
lethal. While the power of lightning it can manifest is not as great, the
close proximity to the magically charged cloud exposes oneself to its claps
of thunder. The spell is less powerful indoors. Sphere of warding protects
from the effects of this spell.
