This spell is offensive.

Wilting heat is a simple spell devised by the fire priests to be used with
their own combat maneuver, spellblade. Normally the maneuver is just a
simple thrusts with a spear but when combined with wilting heat it also
emits a ray of heat at the poor opponent of the fire priest. This ray of
heat vaporizes the liquids in the opponent's body causing it to dry up and
wilt at amazing speed. This spell cannot be casted in the normal way.
