Icesus Terms of Service
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Sharing accounts, transferring accounts, or logging in as another player is prohibited. Use of automated scripts beyond basic client triggers is subject to wizard discretion.
2. Conduct
Behave reasonably. No harassment, no illegal content, no attempts to circumvent security or exploit bugs. Report bugs through the in-game bug command or GitHub issues.
3. Wizard discretion
The wizard and administration team may, at their discretion, warn, mute, temporarily suspend, or permanently banish accounts for violations of these terms or the spirit of the community. Decisions may be appealed by emailing mud-admins@icesus.org.
4. No warranty
Icesus is provided as-is, free of charge. We do our best to keep the game running but make no guarantees of availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish law.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Finland. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct contact may be taken to the competent Finnish courts.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes trigger a re-accept prompt on your next login, following the same mechanism as the privacy policy.
